About me.
Hello! I'm Tiffany Vigil, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work virtually with adults navigating life’s challenges, whether that’s managing anxiety, navigating life with adult ADHD, or healing from difficult or traumatic experiences. My goal is to help you move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling more grounded, capable, and confident in creating positive change. And learning to have compassion for yourself along the way!
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time in nature, visiting museums and trying new restaurants with my husband, two teenage kids and our dog Clover.
My Journey.
I have been fascinated with the field of psychology since junior high and have been amazed at how psychological techniques can help myself and others to work through difficulties and grow as people. Life can flow so much better when you have tools and a psychological framework.
Over the years I have studied and grown more experienced spending countless hours studying and applying therapy skills as well as getting my BA in Psychology and my MS in Counseling, becoming trained in EDMR and CBT for ADHD, and working with amazing clients.
My Philosophy.
As A Therapist, I Embrace The Following Philosophies:
I believe that therapy can be transformative.
I believe that change is possible when you allow yourself the space to do the work.
I believe that taking care of yourself is important.
I believe that sometimes small steps in the right direction can lead to big results.
I believe that even if we feel like we've lost hope, it's possible to show up, commit to ourselves, and do what it takes to start feeling better.
Start your journey.
Sessions will provide you with the space to be understood and heard.
It's important to me to ensure that the process is collaborative. There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to therapy. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.
My practice is fully virtual, allowing you to connect from wherever you feel most comfortable. I currently work with all clients based in California.
It can take a lot of courage to start with a new therapist. I strive to make you feel comfortable and supported as we start your new therapy journey. Life can be hard sometimes! Therapy can help.
